船主として所有船を国内外のお客様に定期貸船しています。
乗組員の採用、日常的もしくは定期的に入渠するドックでの整備の管理、船舶保険等の管理、運航の管理、傭船料や傭船契約の管理や売買船の対応等、船舶の所有に関連する業務を行っています。
当社は所有する船舶の管理について、自社グループで実施することを原則としており、適切な本船への助言・監督を行い、お客様への安定運航を止めないように努めています。
内航船においては、シャシーや雑貨、完成車等を輸送するモーダルシフトを担う本船を所有しており、長期にわたるパートナーシップをいただきながら安定輸送に貢献しています。
外航船においては、ばら積み貨物船を中心に、木材チップ専用船、コンテナ船を管理・所有しています。
We perform operations related to ownership, such as hiring crew, managing maintenance at drydocks where vessels dock on a periodic basis, managing ship insurance, etc., managing ship operations, managing hire rates and charter party, and handling the sale and purchase of vessels.
In principle, the management of owned vessels is carried out by our own group, and we strive not to stop the stable operation of vessels for our customers by providing appropriate advice and supervision to the vessels.
